Scottish Government Consultation on Raising Planning Fees
The Government is seeking views on a new planning fee maximum of £125,000 for major applications and £62,500 for applications for planning permission in principle. Also, it will be considering wider changes to the fee structure flowing from its review of the planning system. AR will be consulting its Scottish members and responding. (see attachment)
