NPF4 transitional arrangements
Update on NPF4 Planning Framework for Scotland”. Following the issue of the revised planning policy NPF4, and subsequent representations by both AR and a number of occupier members directly to the Scottish Minister, we are pleased to see that the Government has issued the Directive Letter on transitional arrangements. This provides greater clarity for the treatment of Drive thru development applications in particular which we are encouraged to see going forward as part of a balanced planning framework.
