Christopher Osmond joins Harvey Spack Field
Retail Warehouse specialist Harvey Spack Field has appointed Christopher Osmond as a Consultant to the firm. He brings over 35 years’ experience of supermarket lease advisory services, and large retail units both in and out of town, together with associated arbitration work, being the current chairman of Arbrix. He joins from a consultancy role at Cushman & Wakefield where he was previously an equity partner running the retail lease advisory team. He had also performed similar roles at both Hillier Parker (now CBRE) and retail specialists CWM. Chris, through his wealth of experience and knowledge within the food sector, will assist the team in its market leading advisory roles.
