Of interest to AR Members, practitioners, ratepayers & their agents details of the Expanded Retail Discount 2021/22 for eligible properties has been confirmed by MHCLG in their BRIL & covering guidance. Much remains the same until July 21 with 100% relief, then 66% relief until 31/3/22 ratepayers can however choose not to accept it and forgo the relief - once a ratepayer has withdrawn they cannot change their mind !
