Valuation for Rating (Coronavirus) (Wales) Regulations 2021
Intention to follow measures surrounding the valuations assumptions when considering rating proposals was indicated recently by Welsh Government.
A technical consultation has now been launched on proposed Valuation for Rating (Coronavirus) (Wales) Regulations 2021 - responses on revised valuation assumptions for MCCs (to ignore) the impact of Covid-19 trading conditions and restrictions responses by 27 September 2021. It broadly mirrors proposals already before Parliament on measures to be introduced in England.
