Government Consultation on Amending Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations
This seeks views on new regulations to implement the requirements of the EU Environmental Impact Assessment Directive. AR commented on the original consultation and as the proposed changes are consistent with the supportive views expressed then, has decided not to comment further, but will monitor progress.
